Hardware terms
Hardware on us — with a fair commitment
We don't charge for hardware up front, but we do ask for a 24-month commitment per connected boat.
Hardware free with subscription
The IoT connectivity device, SIM, and data plan are included in the per-boat subscription. No upfront device cost.
24-month minimum term
Each connected boat subscription has a 24-month minimum. After that, the device stays with you — no return required.
Cancel within 12 months
If a subscription ends in the first 12 months, the device must be returned. Between 12 and 24 months, please contact us to discuss options.

What is included in the CHF 10 / boat / month?
The IoT device, SIM card, cellular data plan, NMEA 2000 integration, and the owner mobile + web app. Everything you need to get a single boat connected and serving its owner.
Do I have to pay for the dashboard?
No. The Free dashboard tier gives every operator basic features and is required for ecosystem participation. You only upgrade to Pro or Pro Max when you need the full workflow features.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What about more than 50 boats or 10 seats?
We have custom plans for marina groups, OEMs and large dealer networks. Get in touch and we'll size something that fits.
How is billing handled?
Connected vessel subscriptions are billed yearly with an initial 24-month term for hardware. Web app packages are billed monthly and can be changed or removed monthly.
What happens to the hardware if I cancel?
Hardware is yours after 24 months of active subscription. If you end the subscription in the first 12 months, the device is returned to us.
